Do I premix oil in the gas in the tank – we recommend 100:1 in the tank for best power and long engine life. Don’t have to use a gas can, just the correct amount of oil after filling the tank and add. Don’t try and tell us about plug fouling, running rich or lean, or any of the BS on line. We ride every weekend and make more power at 10:1 than 100:1!
Can I get a complete throttle body no core – yes we’re offering the “2.0” version August of 2025. One piece body design comes complete ready to install, just need to transfer the TPS sensor over.
Can I use this on aftermarket turbo – yes it is a great idea for longer engine life. You will need to change injection timing and have your tune modified for a little more fuel than your current tune with injector in cylinder.
What spark plug to run - Recommend NGK “9” heat range plugs although there has been no problems reported with “8”
What size is the stock throttlebody - 48mm, ours is bigger at 54 mm opening towards air box tapering to 52mm by reed boot.
