International Orders - FOB Shipping Terms

Please note that all international shipments are sent FOB Origin (Canada). 

Under FOB terms, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.  The buyer is responsible for:

-Freight charges (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

-Import duties, VAT, and taxes

-Customs clearance fees

-Brokerage fees

-Any additional charges incurred once the shipment leaves our facility.

Upshift403 is not responsible for delays, customs holds, lost shipments, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
