For 2026 and newer models, Polaris redesigned the intake by centering the throttle body with the reed cage, resulting in wider center to center spacing on the throttle body.

To accommodate this change, we offer two upgrade options:

Option 1 - Cost-Effective Upgrade

Modify your existing throttle body to work with our fuel rail and hose kit. This option provides the most economical solution; however, reverting back to stock will require plugging the drilled holes in the original throttle body.  We provide dummy injectors for alignment to assist with drilling and tapping.

  • Fuel rail with fuel lines - comes with quantum fuel filter 
  • Cylinder plugs 
  • Alignment injectors 
  • Add on option - Upshift403 Tuner with License (must have for 2026 and newer)

Option 2 - Performance Upgrade 

Upgrade to a slightly larger throttle body from Upshift403, paired with a 2025 Reed Boot Airbox.  This option offers improved performance and eliminates the need to modify your original components.

  • 54mm Upshift403 Throttle Body with Fuel Rail and Lines
  • Reed Boot and Airbox 
  • Add on option : Quantum Fuel Filter 
  • Add on option: Upshift403 Tuner with License (must have for 2026 and newer)
