For 2026-2027 9R models, Polaris provided a bigger 50mm TB along with  centering the throttle body with the reed cage, resulting in wider center to center spacing on the throttle body.

You can modify this TB at home or send to us or your local machine shop to finish the job and install our rail, filter and flash a relocate tune.

DO NOT TRY THIS MOD WITHOUT A FLASH, IT WILL BE ULTRA LEAN AND DAMAGE ENGINE

Key differences:

OEM MOD TB  - TB is smaller (50mm) requires less fuel in cruise range resulting in better fuel economy.  Less cost on 2026 and newer

Upshift403 54 x52mm TB larger bore provides better throttle reponse and mid range burst.

To accommodate this change, we offer two upgrade options:

Option 1 - Cost-Effective Upgrade

Modify your existing throttle body to work with our fuel rail and hose kit. This option provides the most economical solution; however, reverting back to stock will require plugging the drilled holes in the original throttle body.  

• Fuel rail with fuel lines - comes with quantum fuel filter

• Add on option - Upshift403 Tuner with License (must have for 2026 and newer)

Option 2 - Performance Upgrade 

Upgrade to a slightly larger throttle body from Upshift403, paired with a 2025 Reed Boot Airbox.  This option offers improved performance and eliminates the need to modify your original components.

International Orders - FOB Shipping Terms

All international shipments are sent FOB Origin (Canada).  Ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier. 

Upshift403 is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping, Duties, and Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with their order.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

• All original shipping charges

• Any return shipping charges

• Any customs, duties, tariffs, brokerage, storage, or handling fees incurred

• Any additional fees charged to Upshift403 by the carrier or customs authorities 

These charges will be deducted from any approved refund. If the charges exceed the value of the refund, the customer remains responsible for the outstanding balance.

No refund will be issued until the returned shipment has been received and all associated fees have been assessed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us directly to discuss your request.

All approved refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee due to Shopify fee applied to refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
