54 x 52 Polaris Patriot 850/9R Throttle Body Injector Relocate Kit - (2027-2019 850, 2023-2025 9R)

Looking for the biggest hp power gain per dollar? This kit offers the most effective power upgrade on the market for the Polaris 850 or 9R.  We recommend this for the “pump gas” crowd. Works exceptionally well with no other engine or exhaust mods.  The throttle response is drastically improved — snappier, more responsive, and just plain fun. You’ll feel the difference the moment you squeeze the throttle.  For “100 octane fuel” we include this TB with our power packages combined with single and twin pipes and heads for maximum effort customers.

Whether you're upgrading a stock sled or building a serious weapon this is the first component you should install.  Only thing maybe more aggressive would be 30 shot of nitrous - but hey we do that too!

TB purchase includes tune to optimize injection timing, fueling and ignition timing increasing power throughout the entire rpm range keeping the same torque curve of the stock snowmobile.

Bonus: this set up provides better lubrication to all crankshaft components and pistons. Gas/oil mixed together travels through little parts better than a mist of pure oil sprayed into the air without gas

With this kit:

• The 9R  gains 13 hp  
• The 850 gains 17 hp  (Comparing to 2022 mountain, newer years are little less gain)

Why relocate the injector?  It’s not a new trick but it’s smart one. The crankcase runs cooler allowing a more condensed air/fuel mixture to transfer from crank case to the combustion chamber for a bigger bang!
